As the keynote speaker at YMCA staff meeting, I delved into the topic of “Understanding and Harnessing Your Life Force/Prana.” Engaging the audience with insights from ancient wisdom, I led discussions and practical exercises aimed at empowering staff to tap into their life force energy for improved vitality and productivity. The workshop /seminar focused on these key points: –
