Yoga is Powerful and
Changes Lives.

Mahima Grover is a seasoned yoga instructor ,wellness coach and trained Indian classical dancer.She has a strong foundation in traditional yoga philosophy and teachings. She did her Yoga teacher training from a renowned Indian yoga institute built on Swami Sivananda and Swami Satyananda heritage .Each of her session integrates the authentic and ancient yogic principles with modern living.She has an in-depth knowledge and experience of all yoga practices –Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices) , Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation. She firmly advocates and believes that through yoga and its techniques one can learn the art and science of relaxation and transform life into an expression of well being. She regularly conducts Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga, Power yoga, Chair yoga,Pranayama and meditation classes.
