Yoga For Seniors
Did you know that nearly 1 in 3 adults over 50 are physically inactive? And yet, regular movement is one of the most powerful ways to maintain independence as we age. The CDC recommends that older adults include activities that improve strength, balance, and flexibility every week because they help reduce the risk of falls, keep joints healthy, and make everyday activities easier. Movement doesn’t have to be aggressive to be effective. What matters is intentional movement that gently works your joints, strengthens your muscles, and improves your flexibility over time.
That is exactly what we do in Yoga for Seniors at The M-Effect.
Every class is designed to help you move with more confidence, improve your balance, build strength safely, and keep your body feeling mobile and capable, regardless of your current fitness level.
It’s a wonderful way to start your day by taking care of your body and mind.
If you’ve been thinking about moving more but weren’t sure where to begin, this class is for you.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:15 AM, with the flexibility to attend in person at The M-Effect or online from the comfort of your home.
